Kolber previously worked for CBS Sports, Fox Sports. Kolber is from Pennsylvania who earned her master's degree at the University of Miami. Kolber's career began with the station in New York City as a CBS Sports video coordinator. While working for WTVJ-TV Miami where she received a Sports Emmy. She worked at WPLG-TV, Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. She was selected to be an anchor for ESPN2 in 1993 when it first launched. In the following years, she worked at ESPN2 during the next three seasons, Fox Sports hired her. In 1999, she returned to ESPN and serves as the host for 'Monday night Countdown'.
